Damien Plessis admits he could make a loan move away from Liverpool in January.

The French youngster was delighted to sign a new, extended contract last week and is keen to gain first team experience.

Plessis said: "Earlier this season, the club had planned to loan me and the coach opposed this, even though he thinks I am not yet ready to be a senior starter.

"In the end I extended my contract for two years and I'll see what happens in January."
