Southampton defender Danny Butterfield is being targeted by several clubs for a possible loan move.
Sky Sports suggests that Birmingham City and Sheffield Wednesday are at the head of a list of clubs pining for the 32-year olds services.
Butterfield has made just one Saints appearance this season, in the Capital One Cup win over Stevenage, after 10 in the Championship last term and manager Nigel Adkins is keen to get some first team game time into him for later in the campaign.
