The PFA has said players are "overwhelmingly in support" of continuing to take a knee to highlight racial inequality and fight discrimination.
Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson says he is "pleased" they were consulted and "very pleased" they made the decision to continue taking a knee before matches.
"I think that's it worrying when doubts are being raised and questions are being asked about shall we carry on with this or not?" said the former England coach.
"To raise awareness about racism and what an evil it is, everything that is being done has to be applauded.
"I applaud the players first of all for deciding on this initiative and I applaud the even more for deciding to carry on with it. I'm 100% behind it."
