Barcelona defender Gerard Pique denies his business interests are hurting his football.

There's concern inside the Barca board room that Pique is spending too much time and energy on his outside business interests - which include revamping tennis' Davis Cup.

But in China yesterday, Pique argued: "I have not talked with (president Josep Maria) Bartomeu about it, sometimes we have meetings and we talk about many topics, but not about that.

"And we have a business that is part of FC Barcelona, of eSports, and the truth is that it is going very well."
