Piotr Zielinski has returned to training at Napoli.

Zielinski is back after respiratory problems suffered in the clash with Empoli on Sunday.

He went off just a few minutes into Sunday's Serie A match clutching his chest and struggling to breathe properly.

He has since had numerous tests and all came back negative, reports Napoli.

After a few days of rest, the Poland international resumed training with the rest of the squad, as confirmed by a statement from the club.
