The expansion Philadelphia Union are willing to listen to offers for the No. 1 pick in Thursday's MLS SuperDraft.
"You never say never," Union CEO Nick Sakiewicz told the Toronto Sun's Steven Sandor. "That offer has not come as of yet. A lot can happen in the next few days - I'll never discount anything. I've seen trades for the first pick come together as close to five minutes away from the pick being made."
Because the class is deep, the Union would be willing to add picks; but extra picks aren't something the Reds have to offer at the moment.
"There's a great crop in this class," said Sakiewicz. "I wouldn't be surprised if we end up with more picks than we have now."
