Philadelphia Union young gun Jack McInerney has played down suggestions he is the American version of Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez.
The 20-year old forward has scored three goals in five matches for the Union this season, prompting MLSsoccer.com's March to the Match podcast to compare him to the Mexican Manchester United star.
But McInerney is simply happy to be getting regular game time and has also set his sights in perhaps having a genuine run at the MLS Golden Boot award this season and beyond.
"It's definitely in the back of my mind," McInerney told MLSsoccer.com. "That's something I want to do."
Regarding the likes of Mike Magee, Claudio Bieler and Robert Earnshaw being ahead of him in the scoring charts, McInerney added: "Some guys will fall off and hopefully I'm not one of those.
"But if I keep putting myself in good spots, I'll be there at the end."
And on the comparison with Chicharito he said: "I play like Jack!"
