Philadelphia Union boss Hackworth confident of getting Adu for Kleberson swap done

John Hackworth is increasingly confident that Philadelphia Union will complete a potential deal to bring in World Cup winning midfielder Kleberson.

The Union are looking to send their highest-paid player, Freddy Adu, to Brazilian club Bahia with ex-Manchester United man Kleberson set to join the MLS club.

Hackworth told reporters that the club was fairly buoyant about getting the deal done in the next few days.

"We're much more confident... but I don't want to say anything that would lead you to believe that it's done," he said.

"We hope that probably within the next couple of days we'll have a definitive answer."
