Emmanuel Petit believes Antoine Griezmann WILL join Manchester United.

The Atletico Madrid striker continues to be heavily linked with a summer move to Old Trafford and his fellow Frenchman Petit is confident the move will occur.

Asked on SoccerAM's Snapchat takeover if he thinks Griezmann will join the Red Devils, the Arsenal legend said: “I think he will come to Manchester United – definitely.

“He has a great partnership with [Paul] Pogba in the national team and they are very good friends as well.

“He will bring goals, assists but his winning mentality as well.

“Griezmann for the last four years has improved step by step and improved his level all the time.

“He has a big ambition personally but also for the team he is playing for.

“He will be a big bargain for Manchester United if they sign him."
