Fulham defender Matthew Briggs has attracted interest from Watford and Peterborough United.

The Fulham Chronicle says Posh and Championship rivals Watford have both asked about the 21-year-old's situation at Craven Cottage.

Martin Jol said: "Matty needs games but I need cover as well. In pre-season he's looked very good, so we will have to think about that in the next couple of weeks."
