Peterborough owner MacAnthony hints Abramovich tuned in for friendly rout

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich tuned into their friendly defeat of Peterborough United on Saturday.

Chelsea picked up right where they left off on Saturday, as Thomas Tuchel's side ran out 6-1 winners in their pre-season opener against Peterborough United.

Hakim Ziyech netted a hat-trick, while goals from Tammy Abraham, Christian Pulisic and Armando Broja also scored.

And Peterborough owner Darragh MacAnthony hinted Abramovich had tuned in.

He posted on social media that the Posh's media manager was left “starry eyed when we were asked to share our match stream with a certain football club owner".
