Peterborough United have made it clear that Premier League club Wigan Athletic have not made a bid for Craig Mackail-Smith.
The 27-year old striker has attracted plenty of interest since scoring 30 goals for the promotion-winning Posh outfit last term but reports of Wigan coming in with an offer are incorrect says club chairman Darragh MacAnthony.
"Keep hearing Wigan in for Craig but no bid as of yet. They better hurry up to be honest," he posted on his Twitter account.
