Perth Glory coach Dave Mitchell and owner Tony Sage met today to step up the club's pursuit of Uruguay striker Alvaro Recoba. The A-League club are after a marquee signing and the 33-year old may be the perfect target.
"I'm not yet sure how everything has panned out - I won't know until I meet with Mitch, but if you're asking me, personally, I would love to have him [Recoba]," said Sage.
