Attilio Perotti has been named new coach of Livorno.
The Amaranto showed Davide Nicola the door following Sunday's 3-0 defeat at home to Parma, their fourth straight loss.
A statement from Livorno read: "Livorno announces it has handed the reins of the first team to Attilio Perotti."
The 67-year-old has not coached in Italy's top flight since taking charge of Empoli in the 2003-04 campaign.
