Perez sees positives from Leicester draw with Wolves

Leicester City striker Ayoze Perez believes there are positives to draw from their 0-0 draw against Wolves.

City were held to a dull stalemate during their first game of the new Premier League season.

While Perez was not able to get on the scoresheet in his first competitive appearance for the club, he is optimistic for the coming season.

"It wasn't my best day at the office but I'm happy to make my debut," he told LCFC TV.

"My fitness is getting better and hopefully we will live great moments in this stadium.

"Obviously, you always have the mentality of winning games as much as we can. Sometimes when you cannot win, it's important not to lose.

"That's what we did. [We will] just take the point as a positive and we carry on. It's a long road, a long way until the end and we will be good."
