Pedro Neto is determined to improve after signing a new contract with Wolves.
The Portuguese striker admits he needed to adjust to the demands of the Premier League after arriving last year from Lazio.
He said, “When I arrived, I had some difficulties because I was a little bit small compared to the other players, but I changed a lot.
“Not only during the quarantine, but I tried to work my body since I arrived and it was the hard part because for your muscles to grow you have to have pain before you gain something. This is the part that fans don't see, but I work every day to show them that I am improving.
“I am growing, I am learning a lot, because here we have very experienced players, like Joao [Moutinho], who is the old guy. I learn a lot from him, from [Conor] Coady, from Rui [Patricio], because they know more than me about football.
“They have more experience than me, so I try to learn little things from them that are important and how to be smart in the game.
“I think I've improved a lot; I improved the way that I used my body and I improved the way I read the game defensively, so it's been very good for me."
