New Watford manager Nigel Pearson wants to see his players showing bravery in their upcoming games.
The Hornets are rock bottom of the Premier League and need to go on a significant run of wins if they are to climb out of the drop zone.
But Pearson believes that he has the quality in the squad to go on such a run, if the players can be brave and show their best selves in games.
Watford go to Liverpool for his first game, which is about as hard as it gets in the Premier League.
"First and foremost, I want the players to commit to themselves," Perason told reporters when asked on what he expects from his team.
"I want to be successful, it's always relative of course. I want us to play with spirit and commitment and bring the quality to the performances that I know we've got.
"I think it's more about the results at the moment for sure and we've got so show some fighting spirit and be brave enough to go out there and perform."
