Paulo Fonseca says coaching Roma is a "dream come true".
Fonseca moved to Roma last summer after having won three domestic doubles with Shakhtar Donetsk.
"I've been lucky enough to become whatever I wanted to be," the 47-year-old told Roma TV.
“As a boy, I dreamed of being a footballer and I became one. After that, I dreamed of being a coach and I became one.
“I dreamed of coaching a big European club and I'm coaching one. On a professional level, I feel very much satisfied.
“Now I dream of winning important trophies, the Champions League or one of the main European leagues, like the Italian one.
“More generally, I dream of being happy every day and living life in a peaceful way. For me, happiness is also being happy outside of football."
