Paul Pogba missing from Man Utd for AC Milan clash

Paul Pogba will be missing from Manchester United's squad for their clash with AC Milan in Cardiff.

Pogba, who remains a target for Real Madrid, travelled to Cardiff but will not be in the squad to face AC Milan after tweaking his back in training.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reckons the midfielder will be back "early next week" - giving him more than enough time to be ready for the Premier League opener against Chelsea on August 11.

Pogba missed a training session last week and was unable to start against Kristiansund because of the same injury.

Solskjaer said: "At the end of the session today, Paul got a back spasm, the same issue he had last week when he missed the session in Norway.

"But I think he'll be available early next week."

Pogba will miss the game along with Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez, Matteo Darmian and Joel Pereira.
