The agent of Javier Pastore admits he could be on the move from PSG.

The former Palermo star has been linked to a return to Italy with Inter Milan.

His contract is due to expire in June 2019 and a January exit is increasingly likely.

“This could be his final match with Paris Saint-Germain," agent Marcelo Simonian told Footmercato ahead of this evening's encounter with Caen.

It had been reported last week that Inter met with Pastore's representative to begin the negotiations.
