Parma coach Fabio Liverani admitted frustration after their 0-0 draw with Fiorentina.

Parma managed just one shot on target in the home stalemate.

“Fiorentina had more possession, but it was largely sterile with sideways passing, so made no genuine difference. The only real chances they created were from set plays," Liverani told DAZN.

“I think the draw was the right result, the team is growing in its solidity and self-esteem, once we get more players into shape after returning from COVID, we can create more in attack.

“It's difficult at the moment, as our options upfront aren't in great shape, so once we have everyone at our disposal, we can try something different tactically and even change during the game."
