Scott Parker is to leave his role as Fulham head coach in the next 24 to 48 hours.
Parker and Fulham are finalising the mutual termination of his contract, before he takes up the same role at Bournemouth.
Current Bournemouth boss Jonathan Woodgate has been told his contract will not be renewed. His deal is officially up on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Mark Pembridge and Colin Omogbehin have been asked to step up to assist Stuart Gray with first team duties at Fulham, until a new manager is appointed.
Parker was in charge for the Cottagers for just over two years.
