Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish admits they're planning for the Championship.

Only goal difference separates Palace from Swansea and the Premier League relegation zone.

"We are in a difficult situation, make no mistake. People ask what I'm planning for, I'm planning for Championship," Parish said at the Sport Industry Breakfast Club in London on Wednesday.

"At the moment it's down to the players, but if it does happen I can't start thinking about it then."

Palace face Manchester United on Monday amid a run of games largely against top six sides in which they will look to ensure they do not fall behind their rivals in the fight for survival.
