Inter Milan striker Rodrigo Palacio is convinced they can compete for the Scudetto.

Inter have struggled in preseason under new coach Walter Mazzarri.

"We are in the Scudetto race too," insisted Palacio.

"I know it is difficult, as there are many great teams, but we have to take it one game at a time.

"I like the way Walter Mazzarri trains the squad, as he works hard and has very clear ideas on his football."
