Crystal Palace captain Shaun Derry admits Victor Moses needs to make a move to a bigger club.

Derry admits that although Palace's crippling debts could mean a player exodus in January, the club need to let Moses go for footballing reasons.

Derry said: "We have to be fair to the lad and admit he's outgrown us and the Championship.

"He's now ready to grace either the Premier League or any other top league in Europe. He's better than any other player at this level."
