Crystal Palace are chasing Flamengo youngster Matheus Franca.

The Sun says Palace believe they can snap up the Fla starlet for £15m.

Newcastle are thought to have had three bids rejected for Franca in January.

Toon boss Eddie Howe remains keen, but Palace are now locked in talks with Fla for their attacker.

To sell, Flamengo are currently demanding £17.5m plus 50 per cent of his next transfer fee.
