Crystal Palace midfielder Jonathan Williams is a top summer target for Manchester City.

The People says Roberto Mancini is a big fan of Williams and City are ready to test Palace's resolve to keep him with an £8million deal.

Liverpool and Swansea are also tracking the 19-year-old, but Premier League champions City are said to be in pole position to sign the Wales Under-21 starlet.
