The administrator in charge of Crystal Palace insists the Championship club will reject any approach for manager Neil Warnock. Reports suggest that QPR are preparing a move to make Warnock their new boss.
However Brendan Guilfoyle is determined to resist any attempts to prise Warnock away from Selhurst Park.
"We've not had anything officially but if we get a phone-call I think we would decline it," Guilfoyle told the South London Press.
"He's our manager and we need him to make sure we don't end up in the relegation zone. But if Neil makes the decision he wants to go then I'm in a very difficult position.
"I understand my appointment creates uncertainty so the sooner I can get a purchaser in to tell Neil if he figures in their plans, the better."
