Palace boss Pulis delighted for Bolasie after amazing playing history

Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis is delighted seeing Yannick Bolasie prove himself this season.

Bolasie started his career at non-league Hillingdon Borough and played for various clubs like Rushden and Diamonds, Plymouth and Bristol City.

Pulis said: "Bolasie has been fantastic. I like wide men. We played with wingers at Stoke with Jermaine Pennant and Matthew Etherington and these two have been brilliant for us.

"Bolasie has come on a bomb. He looks a real handful now.

"When he first came in he looked a little bit meek and he wasn't really sure if he was good enough for the Premier League. But he has just grown and he has been truly fantastic for us.

"He went to Malta. He played for Barnet. It's an amazing story for him to now be playing against City.

"Manchester City are a fantastic football club. They are here to stay as one of the great clubs and he will love the experience of playing against them."
