Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock is pleased with the loan signing of Sunderland striker Anthony Stokes.

"We have been looking and looking and looking and it's been very difficult," said Warnock.

"He has lost his way a little bit and I just felt it would be a good opportunity for us to have a look at him."
