Arsenal hero Alan Smith believes Mesut Ozil is a massive problem for Unai Emery.
The German earns £350,000-a-week but has struggled to impress the Spaniard, and was even dropped for the win against West Ham United.
"I think Arsenal, I don't want to use the phrase 'stuck with him now', but when you're being paid £350,000-a-week or whatever it is, he's not going to get that anywhere else," Smith said.
"So, in hindsight, Arsenal offering that deal has left them with a player, if the new manager doesn't figure him in his plans, as 'what do you do?'.
"It's so difficult to sell him now.
"Do you try and make the best of it and incorporate him into the team?
"Obviously he's been substituted a couple of times, a reported fall out before that West Ham game, we don't know if it's true or not.
"But it's one of them problems a new manager wouldn't want to have in his opening months.
"It's something we're talking about and it's not ideal for Unai Emery.
"He is undoubtedly a highly-talented player, Ozil. But when he's not at it, he's a luxury.
"With Emery's style of play, that pressing, he doesn't seem suited to it."
