Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal was full of praise for his midfield after Sunday's 3-0 win over Tottenham.
The likes of Marouane Fellaini, Ander Herrera, Juan Mata and Michael Carrick were the key performers in the comfortable victory at Old Trafford - a fact highlighted by the manager after the game.
"I think the midfield was controlling the game," said van Gaal.
"I think Herrera played a very good match but also Mata played a very good match."
Fellaini and Carrick were on the scoresheet, along with captain Wayne Rooney, as the Red Devils retained fourth spot on the Premier League table.
