Ostersunds coach Potter, McInnes on West Brom radar

Ostersunds coach Graham Potter is in the frame for the West Brom job after the dismissal of Alan Pardew.

The Daily Star says the Hawthorns outfit are interested in interviewing Potter, who has impressed with his work at Swedish minnows Ostersunds.

The former fullback made 47 appearances for West Brom, who he joined in 1997.

He came to prominence this season as Ostersunds impressed in the Europa League, having earned their first appearance in Europe by winning the Swedish Cup.

He also oversaw the club's rise from the fourth tier in Sweden to the top flight and they finished their season in a highly respectable fifth.

Another former Baggies star, Derek McInnes, is also on the club's radar.

McInnes, 43, has impressed with his work at Aberdeen and they currently lay third in the Scottish Premiership, level on points with Rangers but with a game in hand.
