Orlando is convinced Inter remain up for sale and this is affecting the coach's work this season.
He told TMW Radio: "It is clear that the road is that of selling the club and we see that for Inzaghi, beyond the problems on the field, not having a club behind him, and I am not talking about (Beppe) Marotta or other executives who are in everyday life, it is difficult.
"It doesn't give you peace of mind.
"I don't think Inter can improve by changing coach. But if a negative result comes, I think he can be sent away."
