Orlando City's Olum set for MLS pursuit

Orlando City defender Lawrence Olum is likely to pursue a possible move to Major League Soccer after an impressive 2011 season.

The 27-year old Nigerian helped guide the Lions to the USL Pro Division title with a win over Harrisburg City Islanders on the weekend and the first-year club looks like hanging on to basically their entire squad for next season.

But in player who may move up to MLS is Olum who crossed with the team when they moved from Austin in the off-season and became Orlando City Lions, trading in the Aztex name in the process.

Olum has already held talks with MLS teams and is highly likely to pursue any options during the pre-season.
