Orlando City SC will not be signing MLS veteran Heath Pearce according to reports.
The Orlando Sentinel suggests that the MLS expansion franchise and the 30-year old have failed to agree terms over a contract and the player will now seek other options.
Former Nordsjaelland and Hansa Rostock defender Pearce has spent the past six seasons in MLS with FC Dallas, Chivas USA, New York Red Bulls and Montreal Impact and was being heavily linked with a move to Orlando.
But it is now believed that the three-time MLS All-Star will look elsewhere as will the Lions who are still eyeing a quality defender to add to their inaugural MLS roster.
