Former Inter Milan chief Lele Oriali admits they were close to signing Napoli star pair Edinson Cavani and Marek Hamsik.
Cavani struck a wonderful hat-trick in yesterday's victory over the Nerazzurri.
"Yes, Cavani was one of the players we followed, but we did not get him because he ran too strong," Oriali laughed. "Hamsik? ... We followed him too."
