The deal marks the latest live national team soccer acquisition for Optus Sport, the company's dedicated sports over-the-top (OTT) service which recently surpassed 825,000 subscribers, joining the Uefa Euro 2020 tournament on the off-season schedule.

Due to take place in Argentina and Colombia from 13th June to 13th July, the 2020 Copa America will also feature Qatar as part of an expanded 16-team format.

The Socceroos line up alongside Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia and Uruguay in Group A at the tournament, with the Australian national team's first match scheduled for 14th June.
