The Dutch defender said: "The season does not end at the weekend. But we have to crack on and be on the winning side. We have to hurry to get out of it or else we have real trouble.
"It has hurt everyone, the manager, the coaching staff, us - everyone."
Missed chances again proved costly for Rovers in a dominant first half display on Saturday, after a second half collapse, with Ooijer claiming their Jekyll and Hyde tendencies are becoming too much of a habit.
He said: "That game was unbelievable. If you look back at the game it was like we played two different games, but as long as know that we can do something about it.
"It is not the first game. In a couple of games now we have played well at half time and ended up losing the game.
"It is about time we addressed it and got on with it. It is always a difficult one though. It is not just one person or one position it is a team performance."
