Bayer Leverkusen chief executive Michael Schade has revealed that Javier Hernandez will only be sold for an 'exorbitant' amount.
Chicharito has scored an impressive 22 goals in 29 appearances since moving to Leverkusen from Manchester United during the summer and as a result of his brilliant record, the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal are said to be keen on bringing the Mexican international back to the Premier League.
However Leverkusen's Schade has insisted that the Bundesliga club are not ready to part with Hernandez anytime soon and stated that only a ridiculous offer will see the 27-year-old leave the BayArena.
Schade said: "As of today, we don't want to sell any player, we want to keep the team together and improve. But we are a commercial company and there are thresholds.
"If such exorbitant bids come in, we will examine them and see what they bring us."
