One more win and Southampton season can be special - Koeman

Southampton boss Ronald Koeman is eyeing a winning end to an impressive Premier League campaign from the club.

The Saints defeated Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at White Hart Lane on Sunday to move onto 60 points - the tally they finished the 2014/15 campaign on.

A win over FA Cup finalists Crystal Palace at home next weekend will see the south coast outfit beat their Premier League points tally and Koeman feels that would make it a very memorable season at St Mary's.

"We knew our situation, you need to be realistic about your possibilities and we need one more win," Koeman said after Steven Davis scored twice to complete a comeback in North London.

"This victory will give everybody a lot of confidence, we like to finish the season on a high, strongly, we need one more win.

"We spoke about a special season last season, but then this season will be even more special."
