Curt Onalfo is impressing in his role as head coach of MLS club DC United.
The Brazilian-born tactician joined DCU this season after spending just over two years with the Kansas City Wizards and although he has led the team to four straight losses to kick off the 2010 season, general manager Dave Kasper believes he is doing a decent job, especially with the amount of injuries the club has.
"I think Curt has done a good job," Kasper said in an interview with the Washington Post's Soccer Insider.
"He has been hamstrung with missing big pieces. Any time you take away five starters from an MLS team, it could possibly affect the outcome. That is a big part of our issue right now. With that said, we are asking guys to step up. It's an opportunity to compete and earn a regular spot on this team."
