Everton defender Kurt Zouma says that everyone at the club is working hard to ensure they can have a successful season.

The Blues have endured an up-down start to the campaign under new boss Marco Silva.

They are currently in 12th position with only six points from six games, with only a single win in those games.

"If you watched the game [against Arsenal] you can see that everybody is working in the same way," Zouma said to the club's official website.

"We are all together – there is no doubt about it. We want to win games and you can see there is a lot of quality in the team.

"The small details make the difference. For the second goal for Arsenal, there was an offside position, maybe.

"But we can't control these things. We just have to keep the same mentality, the same behaviour.
