Olivier Giroud says he's happy at Chelsea.
Since arriving from Arsenal 18 months ago, Giroud has struggled to hold down a regular place in the league, scoring just five goals in 41 appearances, yet he has been prolific in the Europa League. But he has never been happier.
“You already ask me this question," he added. “Last season I had the opportunity to play more games in the Europa League. But you have a better chance to score when you're on the pitch.
“I feel good at Chelsea and I'm happy. I'm sad after the results, but I have high expectations because we have a good squad.
“Last year the Europa League was my main competition and I always tried to bring something to the team and I was happy to score again. I gave everything."
