Oldham Athletic midfielder Jose Baxter knows he has a place at Everton in the future.
After overcoming a drug problbem, Baxter played for Everton U23s last season before landing a return to Oldham this summer.
“I'd love to stay at that club for life," he told The Times.
“But I felt I'm at an age where I need to get back out playing in front of crowds in the [Football] League again. I'm going to do my badges next year, and I'd love to be a part of Everton in the future, definitely — to get my point across to the kids, what I've been through."
