Nurnberg insist there's been no firm offer from Aston Villa for Hiroshi Kiyotake.

The Japan midfielder is a target for Villa boss Paul Lambert.

But Nurnberg sporting director Martin Bader told Nurnberger Nachrichten: "It is a fact that we have not received any new requests.

"So we're not going to spend any time on it either.

"We've made it clear to the player that he is in our plans."
