Nottingham Forest must go higher to land Liverpool fullback Neco Williams.

The Daily Mail says Liverpool have turned down Forest's opening offer for Williams as they are holding out for the £15m price tag they recently attached to him.

Williams spent the second-half of last season with Fulham, which are also keen.

The Wales international is ready to leave Anfield in search of regular first team football.

Southampton and PSV Eindhoven have also been mentioned as suitors.
