Nottingham Forest boss Chris Hughton was delighted with James Garner's debut for victory over Coventry City.
Garner has joined on-loan to the end of the season from Manchester United.
Last night, a goal from Lewis Grabban and an own goal by Michael Rose saw Forest turn the game around and leave Coventry with a victory.
"I was really pleased," Hughton said of Garner. "When we took him on, we knew that he had half a season of experience at Watford and that can be just being involved in the squad. He had 11 starts and came on as a sub on another seven occasions, so when he finishes this season he will have had great experience at two Championship clubs and I think he showed that today.
"For a young player he showed maturity in a gruelling game as we were under pressure in the second half, so he had to play a bit of a different role, but I was really pleased for him."
