Nottingham Forest boss Steve Cooper has sent a warning to Dean Henderson after signing Keylor Navas.
Cooper says the arrival of the PSG goalkeeper who boasts three Champions League final victories from his time at Real Madrid was purely about increasing competition.
"Dean is not long term (injured)," said Cooper of the Manchester United loanee.
"He is working very hard and when he is available we will see where he is at but that is elite squad football. You need competition for places. I want that.
"It is a headache. There will always be a group of players for whom I won't be their favourite person in the world. But I would rather have that."
