Sheffield United midfielder Oliver Norwood has sung the praises of on-loan Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson.

Like Henderson, Norwood came through the United youth system.

“He's been great. He's done really well, he's matured," Norwood told the Manchester Evening News.

"I think when I first played with him at the start of last season, he still seemed quite a young player.

"But you can see in his game now an understanding of what's required to play at the top.

"He's been brilliant. The saves he's made, leading the way with clean sheets in the Premier League says it all — but you can't take credit away from the lads in front of him, the back five they've been immense."
